"Expectation is the root of all heartache" according to William Shakespeare.
Even though he wasn't a golfer, I think most can relate to this quote at some point.
Many people think that high expectations are the same as having high goals.
The idea of lowering expectations doesn't mean you need to quit caring or trying.
